B6 - Wednesday, October 26, 1983 - North Shore News [53] OR a a Resolutions sent to government AT THE recently concluded annual General Meeting of the Automotive Retailers Association held in Pentic- ton, delegates unanimously endorsed a Resolution calling upon the Provincial Govern- ment to retain the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia. Members of the Associa- tion, which represents all trades of the automotive in- dustry in the Province, are alarmed at reports indicating that the Provincial Govern- ment intends to dismantle the Corporation and turn all or part of it over to the private insurance companies.
