VILLAGE REVITALIZATION PROJECT

Notice is given that the Council of West Vancouver intends by way of the Initiative
Plan to carry out street improvements and beautification works in the Ambleside
Village Business Area: under the Ambleside Business District Specified Area
Establishment and Loan Authorization Bytaw No. 3418, 1988. The works will con-
sist of street improvements, beautification works, including sidewalk and curb
reconstruction, street repaving, tree planting, sidewalk furniture and ornamental

street lighting.

The street-or place where and the points between which the work i is fo be effected
is as outlined in the map provided below.

The portion of the cost which will be specially ‘charged against owners benefit-
tingfabutting the work is estimated at $1,957,000.00

The number. of years of which annual charges are to be imposed are:

~ Bd. Fifteen (15) years if funded under Downtown Revitalization Program.
