A temporary remedy, which may get you Started, is to gently twist the cable terminal clamps. Make sure all accessories are off before attempting this. A spark could cause an ex- plosion. Be careful not to twist the post loose from the battery! Twisting the cable ter- minals may help make contact between the cable and the battery terminal. Should you make contact, enabling you to start your engine, the problem should be corrected as soon as possible by a good cleaning of the battery terminals and cable clamps.
