The school was closed approximately 10 to 15 years ago duc to changing student demographics. It’s now an instructional centre for district teachers. The school district offices located at 1075 21st St., which are approxi- matcly 50 years old, are also considered surplus. New uses under consideration for the administrative site include senior facilities, rental housing, commercial uses, and condominiums. The school district could work with approximately 2.5 acres of “useable” land at the site. Current uses provided at the ovo sites could be incorporated into a new facility on land adjacent to the municipal hall. The 3.5 acre Hollyburn Elementary School, located at 1329 Duchess, is targeted as well. The school is is approximately 90 years old and in need of See Resoning pane S \ #125- GL al
