Twas the Night Before Christmas

T'was the night before Christmas and all through the street,
All creatures were stirring, even a carrier on beat.
He pushed and pulled kis cart with gice,
Making more money for a spending Spree.

He packed the papers earlier that day,
With flyers from Zellers, Woodwards, and Bay.
Slow and light the snow came down,

But the carrier surely did not frown.

Each paper he put in a clean dry spet,
So that they wouid noi soak and rot. ig!

For each carrier of the North Shore News,
Took pride end joy in giving the News.
The route was done on time and weil,
Before the carrier heard the belt.

Glancing up he looked in the sky,
But what he saw, he didn’t knaw why.
Santa was laughing and giving out toys,

All kids got presents, girls and boys.

Not @ house was missed and all gifts on time,
And J don’t know how to make this rhyme.
And Santa pulled away, shouting to the night,

“A merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!”’
