Participants who bring income
tax returns will receive help work-

.ing through the deductions and

credits for single parents.

People can save as much as
$1,368 in taxes by claiming an
equivalent to married amount for

a child. The claim may be needed
to offset taxes owimeg on child
suppart puyiienits.

Other ways to reduce your lax
bill include making claims for
dependent children, childcare ex-
penses, the child tax credit, and
the federal sales tax credit.

Peopie don’t need to pay taxes
to receive the child tax credit or
the federal safes tax credit. Com-
plete schedule seven of the tax
return and it may be possidle to
receive $575 for each child.
