Dear Customer:

As you may be aware, some White Spot restaurants are closed due to a labour
dispute. However many locations are not involved in the dispute and remain open to
serve you daily from 6:30 AM. In response to many enquiries, those locations are listed
below for your convenience.

Our policy has always been driven by a commitment to quality...unique recipe
Soods, good value for our customers and fair compensation for our employees. That policy
has produced sixty years of satisfaction among our many customers and @ wage and
benefit package for our employees which is, frankly, the highest in the restaurant
industry in B.C. and among the highest in North America. The union agrees with this
and it has said so in letters to its members. Our final offer in the current dispute ts in
keeping with our past record for fair and responsible treatment.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by our closures in certain locations
and appreciate your patience during this time. In the next few days, the employees of the
restaurants affected will vote on our final offer and we are hopeful that this issue will
be resolved in order that we can resume our service to you in all locations. Until the
situation ts settled however, we stand ready to serve you tn the locations listed above
and will do everything in our power to solve the issue.
