The workshop, open to singles and couples, will be held Saturday, Feb. 20, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 27 from 10 a.m. to noon. The first session uses a hands-on approach to massage. Participants will learn techniques for relaxation and tension release using a varicty of massage techniques and basic strokes. The second session will be used as a follow-up class to review various strokes and techniques. Participants should bring two pillows and some blankets, and wear loose comfortable clothing.
