LAST WEEK | gave you the recipe for lemon pepper
Chicken Wings patterned along the lines of the ones | tasted
at the North Shore Winter Club.

Had a chat with Rod Ferguson,
the chef who created the original
recipe and he told me that the ree-
ipe works equally well with
oranges (they're a terrific buy right
now) but is absolutely marvellous
with fresh limes. Better tuck that
idea away until limes are a bit
cheaper.

Rud's Seasoned Wings
Mix together equal parts of:
Seasoned pepper
Seasoning salt
Garlic powder
Curry powder

Disjoint chicken wings, discar-
ding tips. Rub generously on all
sides with seasonings. Bake at
400°F until brown and crisp.
About one tablespoon ot each spice
should be enough to do about three
pounds of wings but after you've
tasted these you'll probably make
them often so it wouldn’t hurt to
miuke up extra spice mix,
