In 10 year old action, West Van Orchas downed Richmond Raiders’ 6-1 behind the four goal per- formance of Roddy Haig. Faiz Ansari and David Fearncombe each picked up Singles for the winners. Geoff Bell had 10 saves in registering the win. Also in 10 year old league play, Ravens squeezed by Richmond Ramblers 2-1 with lan Bird and Chad Alderson scomnng. The lacrosse ladies downed Victoria 9-3 in the first game behind the four goals of Liz Borland and again 4-1 ina later game. Janice Malcom scored a pair in the 4-1 win. The girls, who range in age from 14-26 play tonight, Wednesday. at 7 p.m. in the Centre North Van against Kirbys. Rec Collegiate leads in flag ball Collegiate Sports picked up a couple of big wins in North Shore Senior Men's Flag Football play recently. Over the weekend, Collegiate downed Red Dogs 21-7 while earher last week they overwhelmed Manhandlers 32-0.
