September 6, 1987 in Lions Gate
Hospital, following a lengthy i!-
Iness. Born in Edmonton, Alberta
in 1913, Mr, McKinley was a 38
year resident of West Yancouver.
He is survivec by his loving wife
Norma; son & daughter-in-law,
Martin & Mary-Lou: daughter
Susan Hill; grandchildren Teresa
& Kelly Mckinley, & Debbie,
Tracy & Steven Hill; and brother
Lyall. Mr. McKinley founded
McKinley Driving Schools Ltd. in
1946 after he had invented &
patented dual control driving
school vehicles. He was a past
president and an honorary life
director of the B.C. Automobile
Association. A private tamily
service was held. Flowers grate-
fully declined. Donations may be
made to the charity of your
choice.
