Guess to appeal conviction

Referring to Guess as a
“narcissistic and self-
absorbed personality,” Paris
said he would nor have
expected Guess to act differ-

He went on to say the
Guess legal team’s assertions
that the verdict in the original
trial was correct regardless of
her entanglement is “com-
pletely beside the mark.” The
judge dismissed insinuations
the original trial judge should
have removed Guess from the
jury.

13, sat crestfallen on the car-
peted steps outside the court-
