also been introduced. Located
inside the main entrance of the
south mall, it will be joined by
another one at the north mall some
time in May.

Marketing director Renna
McCready states, “We wanted to
take customer service to a higher
level.”

The concierge staff, who work

in a booth designed like those in’
top hotels, keep customers up-lo-
