He left at the first sign of
the NHB vessel, determined
to’ avoid any ‘confrontation
since losing all. four of his
anchors when they originally
cut his lines: 10 days earlier.

Next was Tom | Fleck,

owner of a 24 ft. Buccaneer,

who was told the alternative

was to have his boat im-

pounded by the NHB and
sold-a month later.

This is exactly what it
seems Hugh McDonald faces
in the case of his floating

home. The large uniquely
designed boat is unfinished -

and has no motor by which
McDonald could move it.

NHB port counsel Neil
Ornstein told the News at

press time: “The house boat:

has got to be taken away.
We are particularly against

that type of craft.”

going to lose it. We will take
it and sell it, as far as I'm
concerned,”
