Those aged 16 and above and were born before the 15th of June, 1963, must apply themselves. You must have residcd in British Columbia for one ycar, and should bring two of the following identifications: 1. B.C. Drivers’ Licence 2. B.C. Medical Services or Pharmacare Card. 3. Social Insurance Card. You must be a Canadian Citizen or have applied for Canadian Citizenship. Children including those under onc ycar of age are cligible too.
