assistance in locating a man
who may be able to help
them with an investigation.

Police say the man was
collecting aluminum pop
cans at Ambleside Park at
approximately 4 a.m. on
Wednesday, July 26, 1978.

pleaded guilty in West
Vancouver Provincial Court
Thursday to passing five bad
cheques at the Woodwards

store in Park Royal.
Brogan was charged
March 13 with obtaining

money under false pretenses
in connection with the
cheques issued between
December 1978 and
February 1979.
