provincial court on Aug.

Chun Hong Gary Ho, 19,
of Richmond, was jailed 21
days, fined $300 and had his
driver's licence suspended for
two years aiter he pleaded
guilty vo driving while prohib-
ited on Westport Road on
June 15, 1996, in West
Vancouver.

The jail sentence was rec-
ommended served by clec-
tronic monitoring.

Before Judge Bill
Rodgers in North
Vancouver provincial court
on Aug 28:

Michael Wing Gee, 21, of

Vancouver,. received six
_- months’. probation: after he
. was found guilty of possessing
cocaine. and heroin. on Oct.
16, 1996 in West Van. :
Gee was given a condition-
al discharge which means that -
he. will not have a criminal
record after his probation.

tion after he pleaded guilty to
assaulting a woman on July 31
in West Vancouver.
