The Seymour Demonstration Forest is a 5,600-hectare working forest nestled between Mount Seymour Provincial Park and Lynn Headwaters Regional Park. It is open year round seven days a week from dawn to dusk. The many walking and hiking trails that traverse this forest provide a natural outdoor classroom for all visitors. Cycling to Seymour Dam, a unique opportunity for cycling en- thusiasts, is permitted on weekends only. The Demonstration Forest is on- ly a 20 minute drive from downtown Vancouver or Co- quitlam. . From the Second Narrows Bridge, or West or North Van- couver, take the Lillooet Road exit from Upper Levels Highway.
