REWS photo Neil Lucante Teachers WEST VANCOUVER School Board’s plans to change Hillside Secondary to a aaiddle school has caused a teteher shuffle but no lay-offs, according to assistant su- perintendent Bob Overgaard. “The teachers of all three West Vancouver secondary schools were asked to state their preference as to where they wanted to go and all of thent got their first or second choice,” said Gvergaard. Some of the district's approx- imately 150 secondary school teachers will be switching schools this September after Hillside changes from a grade 8 to 12 school to a grade 7 to 9 school. John Williams will remain prin- cipal of Hillside school, and Arnie Smith continues as principal of West Vancouver Secondary School.
