As well, citizenship will be held in 10 communities, _headed by a huge ceremony at Vancouver's Robson Square on July 1. A large part of the Canada Week celebrations will. be “Folkfest B.C. 1979” with folkfests in 12 B.C. com- munities sponsored by the B.C. Division of the Canadian Folk Arts Council. B.C. President, Francis Fridge, said one of the most imaginative ‘celebrations will be held in Victoria where the theme is the “International Year of the Child”. In Vancouver, there events throughout June in every community involving just about cvery ethnic group in B.C. Other areas holding folkfests are: Kamloops, Kelowna, Mission, North Vancouver, Port Alberni, Prince George, Prince Rupert, Revelstoke, Williams Lake and Squamish,
