ZONING BYLAW AMENDMENTS

Notice is hereby given by the City of North Vancouver, pursuant to Section 892 of the Local Government Act

of British Columbia, that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, August 28, 2000 at 8:00 p.m., in the
"Council Chamber, City Half, 141 West 14th Street, North Vancouver, B.C, to receive representations in connection

with the foflowing proposed an‘endment to "Zoning Bylaw, 1995, No. 6700":

BNGEE Legalization of 2 Suites at 363 West 4th Street - Bylaw No. 7263

To amend the text of the Zoning Bylaw as it pertains to Comprehensive Development 215 Zone, legally
-. described as Lot C, Block 135, D.L 271, Plan 9122, located at 363 West 4th Street.

: The amending bylaw will allow the legalization of 2 additional suites in accordance with
