and realtors about the funda-
mentals of sound real estate

“Real estate investing has
not been getting the ‘ink’ it
deserves,” said Dowty.

“As banks, financial plan-
ners and brokers promote the
products they sell and that's
certainly not (smart) invest-
ment real estate.”
