North Shore aged 55 plus, Steven-
son wanted a home that met the
following criteria:

@ within walking distance of all
amenities;

@ affordable (with money lett

house);

® requires less maintenance

@ located in the same communi-
ty.

Stevenson niay be one of the
luckier seniors on the North
Shore. She was able to find a new
home that met all her needs within
