he was found guilty of burglar-

Patrick Gaines, 33, of North
Vancouver, was placed on proba-
tion for six months after he was
found guilty of assaulting a
woman on Aug. 5, 1991 in North
Vancouver City.

Brian Leslie Shaw, 46, of Van-

couver, was fined $150 after he

pleaded guilty to stealing mer-
chandise from the Army and Navy
Department store in Vancouver on
Sept. 15, 1991. In addition, Shaw
was fined S150 for stealing mer-
chandise from Aiko International
in North Vancouver on July 29,
1991.
