Power outage hits Lynn area THERE WERE some late- risers in Lynn Valicy Friday, after heavy overnight rains shut down power to an smail area near Lynn Valley Road. The power outage was reported at 2 a.m. Friday, as the heavy rain (almost an inch in the space of six hours) and a tree across the Tennis club gets tax relief WEST VANCOUVER municipal council approved a grant of over $11,000 in par- tial lieu of taxes to the West Vancouver Tennis Club Monday.
