The 1984 annual water rate notices have now been
mailed. Any property owner who has not received a
water notice should immediately contact the Tax
Office at the District of North Vancouver (phone
987-7131)

New Owners should be aware of their responsibili-
ty for payment of the 1984 water charges and
should ensure that they are paid by themsetves or
the previous owner

Discount a 10% discount 's allowed on the flat
sate water charge if payment is received in the
Municipal Hall on of before February 29, 1984

Penalties A 5% penalty will be added to outstan-
ding water charges on July 3. 1984 A further 5%
penalty will be added to water charges remaining
upaid after September 4, 1984

Postmarka are not accepted as date of payment
Payment must be recetved In the Municipal Hall
on or before the above dates to qualify for discount
or to avotd penalties
