dismay the proliferation of

and headlines in this
newspaper.
Because of a human

deserves response.

Insurance Corporation of
B.C. will as of January 1981
have an equal rate of
payment for car insurance
for everyone alike.

I understand that means
an increase of 30% for us

under 24's.

Now most — or a good
many of us ‘oldies’ could not
get far without a car owing
to our sore feet, bits of
rheumatism, etc. — for such
of us a car is a necessily.
