NORTH Vancouver
District council has
taken a legal stand
against the Greater
Vancouver Regional
District’s (GVRD) use
of a road for construc-
tion work on the
Cleveland Dam.

With the passage of
amendments to the noise and
nuisance bylaw, council hopes
to convince the GVRD board
