The cop cars pulled out and surrounded the group of four. ‘The . two males were thrown in police cars while 16-year-old E.P. was hog-tied and 16-year-old K.B. was thrown against the police car. Both started screaming out in pain. That’s when J.W. and G.L. heard them and decided to go and see if © they were okay. Going up to the nearest police officer, they asked what they were doing to their friends and if E.P. and K.B. were okay. The cop told them to leave or they would sic the dog on them. J.W. responded to that by saying, “Fine, sic it on me: I'm not going until you tell me what you're doing to my friends.” It was then that the police officer let the dog loose on the two ‘teenage ' boys. First the dog bit G.L. in the « leg, and then began biting J.W.’s arm.
