Individual achievement, personal-+record breaking and teani victories were the order of the day. In Bowling, the highest achievement was attained by Ron Empy of Newton, Sur- rey. Ron whose average is 163 bowled a 418 game. In Swimming, 3 Gold Medals were won by David Sephton of the Lower Mainiand in Freestyle 50M 22 & up - Male, Individual Medicy 75M 22 & up - Male, Butterfly 25M 22 & up - Male.
