Teen stabbed AN 18-YEAR-OLD North Vancouver man was stabbed -in the upper arm on March 25 following a tight outside Star Lite Billiards in Park Royal Shopping Centre's south mall. The teen was taken to Lions Gute Hospital with non- life-threatening injuries, according to a West Vancouver Police spokesman. The suspect in the stabbing is a 17-year-old male. Suspects tracked TWO YOUTHS were tracked by a police dog and arrest- ed recently after the police responded to a silent alarm at Brooksbank elementary in North Vancouver. Two youths were spotied in the east erd of the school, located at 980 East 13th St., ut 9 p.m. on March 13. RCMP officers tried to capture the youths, described as being in their late teens, but lost them a short distance from the school after a chase. ; Const. The letter said any surplus of funds from the Hillside sale that is not needed to pay off the interim financing must be deposited to the district’s capital reserve. The ministry also said any expense (interest) paid by the dis- trict as a result of the interim financing could be refunded through debt service grants.
