the assembled students, sponsors, school district and civic officials of the
importance of goal-setting and motivation from within. The Juncheon is
urganized each year by a committee of secondary schoo! vice-principals and
held at the Seymour Country Club.

On Wednesday, May 12, one hundred and twenty-one top North Vancouver
secondary students were honoured by the schoo! cistrict and nineteen corpo-
rate sponsors at the district's fifth annual Honours Luncheon.

Representatives of North Shore business organizations presented specially-
minted pins and certificates to the students who comprise about ten per cent
of this year's graduating class in North Vancouver. Ms. Judi Korbin spoke to
