Cut-a-thon benefits AIDS research

SHARP HAIR Design, a two-
year-old ful! service hair salon in
North Vancouver, is organizing
and sponsoring a ‘‘Cut-A-Thon”
to benefit AIDS research on May
16.

The public is invited to come

and receive a hair cut for a mini-
mum $15 donation with all pro-
ceeds donated to AIDS research.
The Cut-A-Thon will take
place during the store’s second
anniversary. The salon is located
at 1433 Lonsdale Ave. in North

Vancouver.

Other salons around the Lower
Mainland have been invited to
join in the effort to raise money.
