Shop to MARINE MAMMALS are some of the world’s most intelligent and graceful creatures, and many are faced with extinction. Now, increasing numbers are perishing, even though the majori- ty of their deaths are preventable. The Body Shop, a skin and hair product store, is joining forces with the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA) to help raise funds and awareness to help Canada’s marine mammals. From july 28 until the latter part of August, Canada’s 88 Body Shops will dedicate their store front windows to posters and displays to alert the public about the situation faced by marine mammals. They will also donate $2 for each “Wishing | Could Be...Forever in the Deep Blue Sea’’ T-shirt sold. to WSPA.
