Management of the North
Shore’s producer and guardian of
naturally brewed ales are currently
raising precisely chilled glasses to
the first anniversary of the cottage
brewery.

Owner and brewmaster David
Bruce-Thomas now has three
custom-made ales flowing regular-
ly from taps in three Horseshoe
Bay restaurants — Ya-Ya’s Oyster
Bar, Troll’s and The Horseshoe
Bay Boathouse — and is currently
formulating plans to expand to a
few select outlets in other areas of
the North Shore.

It is a success story championing
simple dedication to and love for
the quality and character of natu-
rally-brewed ales.

HBBC and North Shore ale
lovers are equal beneficiaries of
that success.
