Unit is located on two floors
of the building that was the
onginal North Vancouver
Hospital built in 1929. The
two wards house 38 patients
and 30 nurses and ts an inten-
sive Nursing area.

The old building ts basical-
ly sound but hasn’t been up-
dated since the 1960s. Heavy
old furniture, dull colors
and pool lighting added up to
