Ralph and Chris Gotzek
are the owners of this two
level home located near the
top of Lynn Valiey. The
house has a number of in-

teresting features such as
four fireplaces and a
swimming pool.

There are three
bedrooms, a formal dining
room, a newly renovated

kitchen, a family room, wet
bar, covered patio, a large
jacuzzi off the master
bedroom, and more.

The oval pool is
surrounded by a = patio
covered by a crushed stone-
like material called
“astrostone” which is at-
tractive and non-slip.

The living room has a
floor to ceiling’ brick
fireplace while the dining
room and family room have
stone fireplaces. In the
master bedroom the
fireplace ts unusual in that it
is twisted to face the bed.

The Gotzek’s have done a
lot of work getting the house
into good shape including
much landscaping using a
large vamety of trees and
shrubs.
