Two arrested

A car parked in front of a Lower Lonsdale
pawn shop on March 11 drew police atren-
tion when several of the occupants appeared
to be smeking marijuana inside the vehicle.

was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant from
Vancouver City Police for possessing stolen
