meet at the West Vancouver
Seniors Activity Centre for a bicy-
cle ride.

To date, five or six cyclists have
been participating when the
weather is reasonable but there is
room for many more. The group
points out that cycling is an ex-
cellent exercise for people bothered
by flexibility or heart problems
and in general makes one feel
good,

Anyone interested is invited to
join. The seniors’ centre is located
at 695-2 1st St.
