rvan leads Coaches league in soccer division

AFTER FIVE wecks of play in the
Coaches Soccer League, the stan-
dings are starting to spread out as
all teams have at least two points,
but three have still managed (to
maintain an undefeated record.

Olympia Goldcaps are cruising
along atop the castern division
standings after battling to a I-I
draw with Swan Lager in week
four, and then fighting back to
double Avalon Rangers 6-3 in
weck five.

Swan Lager, meanwhile, stayed
close by holding Park Royal Hotel
toa 2-2 game final.

Norvan continues to lead the
western division with the feague’s

only perfect record following a 7-0
demolition of Characters Restau-
rant in week four, although their
week five natch with arch-rivals
Lynnwood Nordic was postponed
due to the absence of the referee.

Mt. Seymour Ravens are hot on
their heels after edging Caribbean
All-stars 5-4, and then crushing
Coach House Hotspurs 7-0.

In other week four action,
Avalon Rangers hung on to nip
Park Royal Hotel 2-!, Lynnwood
Nordic blanked Millers 3-0, Ray
Johnson Plumbing downed Lynn
Valley 3-1 and Coach House
Hotspurs defeated F.C. Germania,
also 3-1.

In week five it was Caribbean
All-stars edging F.C. Germania
3-2, Characters Restaurant and
Lynn Valley fighting to a 2-2
stand-off, and Ray Johnson
Plumbing defaulting to Millers for
a 1-0 result.

The Progressive Conservative Riding Association for
the Federal Riding of NORTH VANCOUVER, will hold
a meeting for all members at the COACH HOUSE
MOTOR INN in North Vancouver at 8:00 p.m.,
Wednesday November 4th, 1987.

Due to a change in riding boundaries this meeting
is being convened to establish a new association:

AGENDA:

1. The election of a new Riding Association
Executive.

2. The adoption of a constitution.
3. Any other business.

Registration will begin at 7:30 p.m. with membership

open to all residents of the riding who have attained

the age of 14 (fourteen) years and support the aims

and principles of the Progressive Conservative

Association of Canada.

Two pieces of identification will be required.

The Federal District of North Vancouver includes:
