North Vancouver

West Vancouver police
officers started on a car
chase early Sunday morning
after a sports car failed to
stop at a roadblock they had
set up to check drinking
drivers.

straight past the roadblock
that had been set up at the
north end of Lions Gate

A full-scale

man who has been missing
fram a seniors home in West
Vancouver since Sunday
afternoon.

A West Vancouver Police
spokesman
Ford, was reported missing
frgm Beacon Hill Lodge, at
525 Clyde Avenue, at 5 p.m.

full scale search by police
and rescue personnel was
made without success in the
vicinity of the nearby river
and canyon areas.
