Easy-money scam
reappears in Toronto

Four Californians charged in North Vancouver
with operating a pyramid investment scam which
swept the west coast have jumped bail.

And now  a_ similar
operation has appeared in
Ontario, which police
believe moved there after
the Vancouver area got too
hot for the = scheme's
originators.
