Vincouver man was fined
more than $59,000 on Feb, 18
in connection with a charge of
evading taxes.

Stanley John Huntingford
pleaded guilty tothe charge.

The charge stems from the unre-
ported income of $195,768.76,

The income was unreported in
the 1989, 1990 and 1991 (axation
years, according to a Revenue
Canada spokesman.

Vancouver provincial court
Judge RJ. Lemiski fined
Huntingford $59,858.20,

The sum represents 100% of
federal taxes evaded, according to
the spokesman.

Huntingford was a C.T.
Management Corp. executive vice-
president at the time the taxes were

vaded.

Court evidence indicated that
Huntingford redirected some com-
pany funds for his personal benefit,
including an amount of $7,800
towards the purchase of a racing
yacht. Huntingford was fired from
