Outreach Family Sunport To Pregnant
and Parenting Teens

Support and assistance is provided
regarding decision-making an all options of
pregnancy. As well, information and referral
services, parenting support, lunch program
and informal groups are ongoing.

Greater Vancouver Food Bank
Groceries are distributed to people with low
income.

Keep Well

Oider adults discovering strengths and
developing strategies to “keep well".
Walking Club, "hands-on", mild exercise,
relaxation, group discussions and guest
speakers.

The North Shore Meighbourhood House
has # long tradition of providing social a
and recreational services to North Shore %
residents. In keeping with the objectives ie
of its constitution, the House provides :

Seniors' Home Visiting

-Home visitors offer friendly chats,
assistance with shopping, referral

to other community services and social
outings. This service is for seniors who are
homebound or who otherwise experience
difficulty in getting out.

Hot Lunch

A hot lunch chef prepares nutritious meats.
For a small fee, seniors, participants of
Neighbourhood House programs and

the public are invited to enjoy ;

a delicious meal. as
