WEST VANCOUVER's scholarly fashion designer Mark Hiscox prefers to work in solid colors of black, white and neutrals to show off the detailing of his designs. He first dabbled in fashion design when he was in Grade 10. “Il was really small and I could never find anything that would fit me,”’ Hiscox says.
