*Eat your dinner before
you feed the family. When
they eat, provide yourself
with a salad or a hot drink.

Take a quick, brisk walk
for 2 half hour iust before
you have to prepare a family
dinner. While you cook,
provide yourself with a glass
of tomato juice, spiced
heavily.

*Write up a diary. I’ve
kept ones going back to
1974, Another help was a
piece of graph paper with
my success story marked
from start to finish.
