Don’t underestimate ‘ordinary simple souls’ -

QUESTION: I am saddened
and more than mildy upset
over the way things are going
in Beautiful Super Natural
British Columbia! And I’m
angry as a wet hen. It seems

such a useless waste of energy
and time and money for the
people of B.C. to be in a
position of having to assume
that a nasty province-wide
confrontation is about to
take place in which all of us,
whether we want to or not,
will be drawn into an
unwelcome involvement.

In my political naivete I
voted for Social Credit, but I
had no notion that in only a
few weeks I would be angry
at the people I voted for and
feeling that they were going
to excesses that would bring
about so much distrust and
fear and anger.

I feel helplessly trapped.
What in the world can one
ordinary simple soul do to
contribute to a better way for
