Newsstand Price 50c¢ For ‘turning clock back on education’ BILL BELL NORTH Vancouver teachers have finally started their offensive against what they term the “deterioration of education.” However, their words of anger are not being directed at local school trustees, but rather the con- troversial Minister of Education Bill Vander Zalm.
