By-law 5212, Park and Recreation
Land Reserve By-law 4, 1979

TAKE NOTICE that the above by-law received three
readings by the Council on October 9th, 1979 and has
been forwarded to the Minister of Municipal Affairs
for approval.

This by-law will bring the park reservation in line with
' the existing boundaries of LYNN CANYON PARK by

repealing in whole or in part two previous by-laws (638
and 3872) relating to this park and consolidating in one
by-law all the parcels that fall within the park reserve.

This notice is given in order to enable any interested
persons to state their views on the proposed park
reserve by-law. Any submissions should be made to the
undersigned by not later than November Ist, 1979.

Copy of By-law 5212 may be inspected at the

Municipal Hall during regular office hours.
