We are working to build an en- vironment for both young and old, those well off and those less fortunate; an environment where all people can feel at home. An environment that breaks down alienation and promotes human interaction and with facilities not only enjoyable but also affordable. The key words are North Shore liveability. With this objective in mind we have, among other things, created a variety of reere- ation facilities from swimming poois to tennis courts, from parks for walking to soccer fields.
